DINING
  • This discount can only be availed on the total food order and only one card may be presented per table/party.
  • The value of the specific discount shall not include central, state, local taxes, or room service orders, or at the pool side or any dining promotions such as Christmas, New Year evenings.
  • Children above 5 years of age are included in the total guest count for the purpose of calculating discounts.
ACCOMMODATION

Room bookings must be made directly with the Member Help Desk. Any bookings made through Travel Agents or Corporations are not eligible for discounts. Reservations are subject to allocation availability. (Not valid from 24th December to 02 January.)

GIFT CERTIFICATES
  • All certificates enclosed in the membership pack are for one time usage only, have to be utilized in full and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  • The benefits as given in the gift certificates are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate. These are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or revalidated.
  • To use the complimentary room night certificate, the reservation can only be made 30 days to 3 days prior to check in date. Reservations will be confirmed for standard rooms only.
GENERAL
  • Presentation of The Programme Membership Card is imperative for availing the discounts under the programme.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the benefits, rules, terms and conditions, the duration of the programme, the participating Hotel(s), with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard will be final and binding on the member of the programme.
  • The total amount of the membership fee is refunded, provided the Membership has not been used and the refund request by the member reaches the Hotel in writing within 10 days of acceptance of membership. The refund will only be actioned after the receipt of the membership card and all the certificates.
  • Membership of the programme entitles the Hotel to update and retain information provided by the member in the Hotels database. As a member, you have agreed that the Hotel may, from time to time, send you information regarding your membership, benefits and about the Hotel or programme partners.
  • Fraud or abuse concerning The Programme, Membership Card is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by the Hotel, including termination of membership.
Cancellations if any :
  • Seven days prior to the check in date, 10% retention charges will be applicable.
  • Within Seven days, but before 72 hrs of check in date, 25% retention charges will be applicable.
  • Cancellation done within 72 hrs of check in date or No Show, 100% retention charges will be applicable, failing which the voucher and the amount paid will stand void.
Lost or stolen cards :
In the event that the card is lost, it cannot be replaced or the money refunded.Please feel free to call us on our helpdesk no 28270334 / 28270335 (between 9:30 to 6:30) on Monday to Saturday and on Sunday kindly call on the Board line 28270707
